Appointments

We treat patients by appointment only. Please contact us by phone or email to make an appointment.
Walk-ins may be possible but are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Note: Please make sure you book one appointment for each adult or child to be seen (if applicable).

Note: If you feel you will need more time with the Doctor (e.g. you have multiple issues to discuss), please ask for a double appointment when booking.

Payment

Each session is payable immediately after the appointment by the client.

Insurance

Our treatments are covered by private medical insurance – clients will typically be able to be reimbursed by their insurer. Please call your insurance company to determine how much they will reimburse and for how many visits, as it will depend on your individual policy. We will provide you all the clinic notes and invoices that you might need for reimbursement.

Important Requirements For Your First Visit

Please arrive 20 mins early for your first visit to complete intake forms and vital signs / other observations before seeing your Doctor. Please arrive 15 mins early for all other visits to complete vital signs / other observations before seeing your Doctor.
Note: Please bring along any previous medical records you may have where relevant (e.g. vaccination schedules).

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice by phone or email, or the full amount is payable.
