Approach

We treat patients by appointment only. Please contact us by phone or email to make an appointment.
Walk-ins may be possible but are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Note: Please make sure you book one appointment for each adult or child to be seen (if applicable).

Length of Treatment

Note: If you feel you will need more time with the Doctor (e.g. you have multiple issues to discuss), please ask for a double appointment when booking.

Payment

You will be required to pay by cash or card immediately after your appointment (unless you have already paid in advance).

Insurance

Our medical treatments are covered by private medical insurance – you will typically be able to be reimbursed by your insurer. Please call your insurance company to determine how much they will reimburse and for how many visits, as it will depend on your individual policy. We will provide you all the clinic notes and invoices that you might need for reimbursement.

Home Visits

Possible within 30 minutes drive from the clinic. Please contact us for further details.

Important Requirements For Your Visit

Please arrive 10 mins early for your visit with a Doctor to complete intake forms and vital signs / other observations.

Note: Please bring along any previous medical records you may have where relevant (e.g. vaccination schedules).

Cancellations

We require at least 24 / 48 hours notice by phone or email, or the full amount is payable.
