Dr Blomgren assesses and treats the full range of mental health issues from depressive disorders to severe personality disorders. As well as using pharmaceuticals where required, Dr Blomgren is an approachable and empathetic Psychiatrist who is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, incorporating talking therapies into his treatment plans as appropriate.

- Degree in Medicine, Lund University (Sweden)
- Certified Consultant Psychiatrist by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Sweden)
- Certified Consultant Psychiatrist by the Norwegian Directorate of Health (Norway)
- Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Psychotherapy, Högskolan Evidens (Sweden)
Previous Experience:
Dr Blomgren has worked in a variety of different settings including as the Senior Psychiatrist in an adult inpatient Psychiatric unit in a remote area of Norway within the Arctic Circle. He also worked as a Consultant in the Child & Adolescent team in the same facility.
More recently, he has been running his own successful private practice in Sweden, managing a community outpatient caseload.
