Patrick has advanced clinical training in multiple therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Performance Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Schema Therapy. He works with clients in individual, family, and couples therapy, and particularly enjoys working with adults and adolescents.

He is a former football player, having played at the college level in the USA and semi-professionally in Australia. Patrick brings his high energy and enthusiasm to helping his clients meet and overcome their challenges.

Professional Qualifications and Registrations:

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology graduating with honours from the University of Pittsburgh, USA
  • Research Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Australian Catholic University, Sydney, Australia
  • Masters of Clinical Psychology from Australian Catholic University, Sydney, Australia
  • Registered Clinical Psychologist in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Previous Experience:

Patrick has experience in multiple settings including in a crisis support unit, as an in-house Psychologist at a University and, most recently, in some of Sydney’s top premium, private clinics. As well as his individual therapy and group work, he has performed diagnostic and psychometric assessments, and has worked with people in both clinical, and high-performance settings. He also published clinical research during the COVID-19 pandemic about its impact on mental health and addiction.
